Dapto Leagues Courts

  • Sign-in register which includes date, time of arrival, name, phone number and question re COVID-19 app and whether you have been to a hotspot area within the last 14-days
  • If you have been in a hot-spot then a no entry / no play rule to be applied
  • Ensure used pens are placed in the “USED” box so the next person signs in with a clean pen 
  • Hard surfaces including door handles, rails and benches sprayed and wiped with alcohol solution on a regular basis
  • Hand sanitiser at front door and in viewing areas
  • Markings for 1.5-meter distancing
  • Reminder signs for social distancing
  • Social drinking permitted – not necessary to play and leave immediately
  • Clothing, towels, and drink bottles left on premises to be disposed of
  • Showering permitted observing social distancing in bathroom / changeroom areas (no more than 2 persons at any one time)
  • No supper is allowed
  • Spectators are not encouraged to come and watch
  • Upon entry temperature to be taken with “scan thermometer”
  • Refrain from attending if you are unwell, have signs of upper respiratory illness and/or running a temperature
  • Last home member to leave disinfects door handles, bannisters, railing on your court
  • Last home member to leave from court 4 is also required to wipe down shop counter with disinfectant spray

Lakeside Courts

  • All players must sanitise and sign in on arrival. Spectators are not encouraged to come and watch. 
  • Each team captain must organise a bottle of sanitiser and a packet of antibacterial wipes for the team. Balls must be sanitised between games; door handles must also be wiped down between games.
  • Only one scorer/referee up on the stand at one time. 
  • Social distancing must always be observed. Chairs will be arranged accordingly.
  • No showering after games, toilets can be used.
  • No supper is allowed, players must bring their own, clearly named, drink bottle.
  • Absolutely no sharing of any equipment allowed.
  • Each night there will be a COVID-19 Safety Coordinator on duty. This is anticipated to be a captain from a home team. This person must keep a check that all the above rules are being adhered to. 

Gerringong Courts

  • Sign in upon entering
  • Showers allowed but only one person at a time in change room(s)
  • Use toilets at the pub next door if possible
  • Refrain from coming if feeling unwell, have signs of upper respiratory illness, and/or running a temperature
  • Gerringong players will provide drinks from the pub
  • At this stage, no food on offer
  • Maintain 1.5m distancing (except on court)- no handshakes or hugs etc.
  • Last home member to leave disinfects door handles, bannisters, railing
  • Players to bring own drink bottles i.e. not use the glasses and cups at the centre.

Collegian and Port Kembla

  • Signage at entry advising you are not permitted to enter if you have visited Victoria in the 14 days prior or you have attended any of the reported case locations listed on the NSW Health website. Players should not attend if they are unwell, have signs of upper respiratory illness and/or running a temperature.
  • The Collies captains each home night must SMS Andrew Riolo on 0402390686 the names of the players that played for their team and the away team. All clubs to supply IDSRA with mobile numbers of every player which can be distributed to the COVID-19 Officer at each centre which will allow for easy record keeping of attendances for tracing.
  • Hand sanitiser is provided at entry and upstairs area.
  • We provide antibacterial wipes, for players to wipe down all touch points, when they finish. There is also liquid soap and paper towels in the toilets and upstairs in the kitchen area. We have COVID-19 signage displayed around the centre.
  • No spectators are to attend. Dependent children can attend if no alternative for parent playing.
  • No supper is allowed.
  • Social drinking is permitted. Players must bring own drink bottle. Glasses, plates, cutlery etc in the kitchen are not to be used.
  • Showers can be used but use is limited to two people in the change room showering /changing at any one time.

Nowra  Squash Club (Northy Gym, North Nowra Shopping Centre)

  • The Gym has its own protocols and rules, please make yourself familiar with these when you arrive.
  • There is a cleansing station at the counter and one at the court.
  • Sign in upon entering at the counter
  • No showering
  • Toilets and change rooms are available
  • Take note of the NSW Heath restrictions, traveling interstate or from hotspots
  • Seating is spaced appropriately outside the court to maintain social distancing
  • Nowra team will provide after play refreshments.
  • At this stage, no food on offer
  • Maintain 1.5m distancing (except on court)- no handshakes or hugs etc.
  • Gym staff will disinfect the courts at the end of the match.
